Scenario location: $FTX_PACKAGES/base_scenarios/scenarios/lead_vehicle/lead_vehicle_and_slow/

In the lead_vehicle_and_slow scenario, the lead vehicle slows down, and the Ego adjusts to the speed of the lead vehicle.
